Due to the preorder nature of our business, returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products that are opened, used, or not in original condition are not eligible.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed after verification of the returned product and may take up to 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products. We will replace the item with the same product, subject to availability.
